When you buy a managed server from us, we simply do not provide you the hardware
and facility, but also provide you a tightly integrated managed service options
which are suited for customers looking to leverage the skills of our Tier 3 engineers.
Our standard management and administration includes monitoring the server and services
round-the-clock, installing, managing, updating and monitoring security patches,
as well as service pack testing and installation. We also proactively monitor all
the equipment and the deployed application infrastructure, so we can make recommendations
for improvements and responsiveness. Please note that any support related to your
client’s or your end-users will not be covered under this.
