Remote Infrastructure Management (RIMs) is a cost effective alternative to in-house Infrastructure Management. The services under RIMs are basically provided from a remote secured location where skilled staff of our company monitor and manage the infrastructure, ensuring high uptime and high availability through proactive and reactive measures. Equipped with multiple remote monitoring consoles, proactive staff and capabilities of monitoring and managing applications, databases, servers and SNMP devices, our NOC ensures faster service deployment and swift resolutions to the issues.

The basic difference between normal server management and RIMs is that we act as an extension to your company’s IT team. Remote Infrastructure Management services scale beyond normal server monitoring, management and administration. Remote Server Administration: delivers peace of mind to the client by facilitating 24x7 server management and administration. Our team of industry experts and certified engineers handle tasks like patch management, maintenance tasks, change management, performance management, fault management, backup & disaster recovery and security configurations.
Help Desk: provides 24x7 help desk coverage encompassing service requests, problem tickets, change request management, etc. based on a series of templates and workflows which fall in line with the clients IT operations.
Ongoing Consulting: utilizes innovative tools and analysis along with our huge resource of intellectual property to provide our clients with insights and recommendations related to their IT infrastructure.
Service Delivery Model
Gather Information: Analysts and technology experts from our team communicate with clients to understand their objective and expectations.
Architecture: If required, the current IT infrastructure architecture is redefined or redesigned in a systematic manner to achieve high availability, reduced costs. Necessary care is taken to ensure minimum or no downtime.
Implement: The architecture and project timelines are handed over to the Project Manager to ensure that the work is carried out in the planned and phased manner – all the while adhering to the objective and project timelines.
Verification: Once the implementation is completed, along with the Project Manager, Quality Assurance team performs various checks to ensure that the required deliverables have been met. Any gaps found are reported back to the engineering team for a fix.
Help Desk: Upon receiving the confirmation from the Engineering team, the project is then handed over to the Help Desk team to provide support to the end users via email, live chat and ticketing system.
