He used to run the business under the brand name of Byte Technology since 1997 before merging all the operations under the brand name of Byte Technosys Pvt. Ltd. He brings with him extensive systems engineering, development and information management expertise from over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. 	Jaimin Shah – Director Jaimin Shah came on to the board of Directors in 2009 and looks after the day to day Administrative and Financial aspects of the company. With more than 15 years of experience in IT industry and a degree in B.E. (Computers), he is responsible for driving the aggressive growth and building strategies for the same. He was awarded "Alumni of the Year" by Dharamsinh Desai University (DDU) and also has been elected as Executive committee Member of the Institutions of Engineers (I), Gujarat Local Centre in Computers. Currently he also holds office as the President of Gujarat Electronics and Software Industries Association (GESIA). He is also a Founder Director in Dev Information Technology Pvt Ltd.

	Pranav Pandya – Director Pranav Pandya, empowers Byte Technosys Pvt. Ltd. as a Director since 2009. He has over 20 years of experience in IT Management, Business Development and IT Consulting across many industry verticals. He did his Advanced Diploma in Electronics and Microprocessor Engineering. He looks after the day-to-day Marketing and PR related activities of the company. He also holds office as a Founder Director in DEV Information Technology Pvt. Ltd. and is a professional member of Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA) and Chairman of the Govt India PPP Program Committee attached with ITI Thaltej, Government of Gujarat.

	Paritosh Jani – IT Operations Manager Paritosh is engaged with the company since inception and has been responsible to look over IT operations. He carries 10+ years of experience in IT industry and is currently handling the IT Operations. His main areas of focus are project planning, resource management, capacity planning and designing strategic service delivery models for the clients. He also carries profound knowledge of MS Exchange, Small Business Servers, Microsoft SQL and IIS.

	Sanjay Santoki – Technical Account Manager (RIMs) Sanjay is Technical Account Manager for Remote Infrastructure Management Services (RIMs) of Byte Technosys Pvt. Ltd. and is responsible for ensuring excellent customer support, 24x7x364 production servers uptime, business continuity and inspiration to the support engineers. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) with specialization in Messaging. He also holds certificates from CompTIA N+. He brings with him extensive experience in system administration, server security analysis, system auditing and systems engineering and has over 6+ years of experience in the IT industry. He is a technology specialist on Microsoft platforms with core focus on Web Servers, Mail Servers, Active Directory, Exchange Servers, Database Servers, ColdFusion Administration, Small Business Servers, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Forefront Family and Nagios. He is having expertise on virtualization technologies including Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware family and Xen Hypervisor.


	Kruti Kansara – Project Manager Kruti is a Master of Computer Applications having expertise in the areas of web development, search engine marketing and optimization, and web strategy. She is a consummate professional with 7+ years of experience in Software Development, Project Leadership, Project Management, who enjoys leading or being a key part of the design and development of solutions for challenging business problems using Microsoft .Net Technologies. She is responsible for managing the resources, Software Development projects, IT conversions, quality outputs and any other function where business and technology needs have to be managed and resources have to be coordinated. 	Foram Parekh – Team Leader (Web Development) Foram is a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E. – C.E.) specializing in computer Engineering. She is competent and versatile developer with 3+ years of extensive experience in creating, developing and implementing software and Web application projects.
